What happens when you call
It goes in three parts:
-
A few quick questions
First we ask what's going on and when you noticed it, two minutes, no pressure.
-
We schedule your visit
An on-site inspection across Yuma, AZ at a time that works for you, where we measure what's actually happening before anyone talks price.
-
Your written estimate
The recommended scope and the price come to you in writing to look over in your own time.
What to have ready
If you have these handy, the first conversation goes quicker:
- About when you first spotted the problem, plus anything that's changed since.
- A photo or two if you can grab them, even a rough shot of the area helps us plan.
- Roughly how old the home is, plus any earlier work on the same problem.
- Your address in Yuma so we can confirm we cover your area and plan the visit.
